Investing in your mental health is one of the most meaningful decisions you can make. Here's what to expect.
Private Pay Practice: Willow Wood Counseling is an out-of-network provider. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Superbills are available upon request for potential insurance reimbursement.
No Surprises Act: You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost. Please contact us to request one before your first appointment.
Willow Wood Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a monthly superbill (itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the diagnostic and procedure codes required by insurance companies. You can submit it directly to your insurance carrier to request reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurance company in advance to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other forms of electronic payment through our secure client portal powered by SimplePractice.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs of your care before your first appointment. You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time. For questions, please contact us directly.
