Licensed Professional Counselor · Scottsdale, AZ

"Therapy is not about fixing what's broken — it's about discovering the strength, resilience, and wisdom that already lives within you."
— Jessica DeBaufer, LPC
Jessica DeBaufer, M.S., is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in the states of Arizona and Connecticut. She is the founder and owner of Willow Wood Counseling, a private practice in Scottsdale, AZ dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals of all ages.
Jessica graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2015 with her Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling. Jessica believes that every person carries within them the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Her role as a therapist is not to provide answers, but to walk alongside you as you discover your own — offering evidence-based tools, genuine empathy, and an unwavering commitment to your wellbeing.
